The Mediabox and Channel 4's FourDocs Filmmaking Competition was launched in 2007 and awarded 10 filmmakers £500 and support from an industry mentor to make their own film on a subject of their choice.
"How to Grieve" is one of the runners up films from the 2008 competition. Mary-Kate shows there are no rules on how to cope with the loss of a loved one and that it's fine to grieve your own way.
