Wake Up Bollywood was funded through My Mediabox, which offers individual young people funding for a one-off media project, along with specialist production training.
This film explores attitudes towards romance using popular Indian cinematic styles with a British twist. Danielle Low, the writer and director, said, "The mentors were reallt helpful, it has given me experience of working professionally and to a budget. I think Mediabox is great."
