Call the Shots was a project that embraced subjects from media stereotypes of young people to social identity and used a range of genres including documentary, comedy and horror. As well as scriptwriting, producing, directing, filming and editing, many of the young people also appeared in the films as they took on the roles of actors.
The result is a diverse strand of high quality short films that send some hard-hitting messages to the media world whilst demonstrating what 'British Youth' are really capable of.
