Young Carers Revolution
Young Carers explore and express their experiences through a range of media forms, they aim to raise awareness of the daily issues they face.
The Young Carers Revolution began in July 2009 when a committed and proactive group of young carers met with inspired Youth in York. Out of this dynamic partnership grew the vision for a media campaign.
Designed and created by the Young Carers Revolution, this campaign aims to highlight the needs and experiences of young carers and to help ‘hidden young carers’ find the support they need.
